Ultra-Sonic Beer

I thought Guinness was doing pretty well with simulating the draft pint at home. Now they're selling the 'Surger' system that uses a different gas mix and an ultra-sonic pulse to activate the beer to release all those little bubbles. No widgets for us any more.
