I Wish I Was CLEVER.

This little guy was developed to be an efficient city vehicle. "EU project called Compact Low Emission Vehicle for Urban Transport Vehicle (CLEVER)"  Wait, wait, wait. C-L-E-V-U-T-V.  Am I missing something?  Just cause you guys want a clever acronym doesn't mean you can just cheat.
